Atul Subhash News: What was written in the suicide note?
Atul wrote in the suicide note that Nikita Singhania has filed 6 cases in lower courts and three in the High Court. Nikita had made false allegations against his parents and brother like murder, attempt to murder, unnatural sex, domestic violence, taking dowry. There are such sections in these allegations in which it is difficult to get bail. The wife alleged in one case that in 2019 my family demanded dowry of Rs 10 lakh, due to this shock her father died. It was proved in the cross examination that Nikita’s father had heart disease and due to this he died. Due to his illness the marriage happened in a hurry.
According to the video, in 2022, Nikita filed a case against Atul’s family. Before dying, Atul told about his married life that his wife used to demand strange methods for sexual satisfaction, due to which he kept a distance from his wife. His wife demanded alimony of Rs 2 lakh per month in exchange for divorce. She also kept the child away and was never allowed to meet him.
Atul Subhash News: Pressure was put on him to pay maintenance in court. He
accused the Principal Family Court Judge of Jaunpur that he has to bribe the peon to get a date in her court. Atul alleged that the judge in the court pressured him to pay maintenance of three crore rupees. He asked for five lakh rupees to settle the case in December 2024. His wife is instigating him to commit suicide, then the judge laughed. In 2022, he had earlier also asked for three lakh rupees through the peon. When Atul did not give the bribe, orders for alimony and maintenance were issued, in which he had to pay 80 thousand rupees every month. He appealed to the judiciary not to harass his parents. The last message for his wife was that she should give his child to his parents for upbringing with values. He instructed his brother not to meet his wife and her in-laws without any camera. My ashes should be immersed only until those who harassed him are punished. If I do not get justice then after my death throw my ashes in the gutter in front of the court.
